Refund policy
Due to the unique nature of our products, we ask that you review your order carefully before completing your purchase. All sales are final upon checkout and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Major Damage/Error Exception: If you receive a damaged gown or incorrect item, please notify us within 24 hours upon receiving the item. You may email muavemnl@gmail.com with your order number and clear photographs of the defect/error. Failure to do so, the return or exchange of the gown automatically be void.
Upon verification, we will issue a pre-paid shipping label. Once the item is received and inspected in our warehouse on the Philippines, we will ship the correct replacement to you at our expense.
Please take note that the gown must be returned unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. If the gown shows any signs of wear, perfume, or damage, the replacement will be denied.
For minor defects that do not affect the wearability of the gown, we may offer a partial credit as compensation for local repairs as long as the customer will e-mail as within 24 hours upon receiving the items with clear photographs. If it’s eligible for partial refund, then our company will decide that amount to give based on the slight defect.
Disclaimer:
- Please note that all pieces are handmade, so slight variations in measurements may occur. Actual sizing may be up to half an inch smaller or larger than what is indicated on the size chart.
- Colors may appear slightly different in person due to lighting and professional photography used in our product images.
